The
Meetings
CCBR general meetings are held the second Sunday of each month,
usually at 10:00 am, at various locations in Central California.
Locations are announced two months in advance in the Club newsletter.
Information about the location of the next breakfast meeting can
be found in these pages or by contacting any of the officers or
directors. For links to these individuals see the Officers and Directors
page. Restaurants frequently used are located in the Livermore and
Tracy area during winter months, and in other communities during
summer months.
Guests, including
non-BMW riders, are welcome to attend our meetings.
The breakfast
meeting usually lasts about two hours and provides time for visiting
among club members. Meetings include announcements and information
about other upcoming club activities .... i.e. upcoming rallies.
Periodically the club arranges for a special speaker at meetings.
Raffles are routinely conducted for prizes and cash to benefit attendees
and to support activities. Guests are welcome to participate in
drawings.

The Rides
A club ride can be scheduled for the 3rd weekend of each month or
after the monthly breakfast meeting. A ride leader plans the ride,
to be on either Saturday or Sunday. The starting point and time
is announced in advance, and the ride usually goes to a planned
destination. In some cases the destination may be a surprise. The
travel usually involves lunch along the route, and may last from
3/4 to a full day.
Since some CCBR
members come from communities as far away as 150 miles, an attempt
is made during the year to vary ride starting points and itineraries
accordingly.
Attendance on
rides is voluntary and there are no requirements for group riding.
One or two overnight rides are usually held during the course of
the year. Guest riders are welcome.
Planned future
meetings and rides are included in the CCBR events
